Mr Hatch and his team have always cared for my dogs with great empathy and skill. I trust them in everything. We lost a dog to lymphoma 2 years ago. Mr Hatch saw us at short notice throughout our dog’s time on chemotherapy if we had any worries. His care and understanding was amazing. He was with us like a family member throughout that journey. I could not recommend this practice more highly. Never underestimate how reassuring it is to be able to see your own vet for an early hours emergency rather than a stranger in a 24hr emergency vet you never saw before.
